You do not have to sort it first

What we cannot put on the truck
Garages are where hazardous material collects, so this comes up on almost every cleanout. We cannot take paint, thinner, motor oil, antifreeze, pool chemicals, pesticides, or propane tanks. Sacramento County runs free household hazardous waste drop-off sites for residents, and we will point you to the closest one. Everything else in the garage is fair game.
